I'll give up TV (and as it is I barely watch, and only when exercising, folding laundry, or watching a movie with Jim or the family) before I give up facebook. I agree that people can waste time there, but they can also make or deepen friendships, or learn from others--like reading links like this friends send thru! The big thing, I think, is sorting out your priorities and then spending your time proportionally. Someone who's priorities are family or physical health, but spends 80+% of their waking time at work, is missing the point. But if your driving passion in life is your work, you're prolly on track. :-)
Warn us next time to have a FULL box of tissues handy before watching that video! Wow--that was powerful.
