Slow Sunday.

It was a day for snuggling, a slow, quiet day.  I even managed to take a nap!!  But boy I needed one!! Mama gets a little crabby when she is low on sleep!! :D

A pretty peaceful day really.  Lots of chocolate was eaten, some cookies devoured... NO CROCHET was done!!!  How does that happen!?!? :D  

In the evening we had a friend over to celebrate his birthday with a little cake and ice cream 

and when I was putting the kiddoes to bed I noticed an facebook message from my lovely friend Brendy letting everyone know she had her baby girl today!  Such a lovely warm feeling to see a brand new baby again!

So a lovely, fun, happy day!  Don't you love a Sunday?!
